Apple Store Berlin eröffnet

Lange hat die Hauptstadt auf ihren ersten Apple Store warten müssen. Viereinhalb Jahre nachdem der erste Store in Deutschland in der Münchner Rosenstraße öffnete, war es gestern nun aber soweit. Als elfter deutscher Store nach Hamburg (2x), München, Frankfurt, Dresden, Köln, Sindelfingen, Oberhausen, Sulzbach und Augsburg eröffnete Deutschlands größter Store um 17:00 Uhr am Kurfürstendamm. Bei herrlichem Wetter bildete sich schon früh eine stattliche Schlange vor dem Store und die Polizei sperrte sogar extra eine Spur des Ku'damms. Die ersten 4.500 Besucher erhielten zur Begrüßung ein schwarzes T-Shirt mit der Aufschrift "Apple Store Kurfürstendamm Berlin" wobei die entsprechenden Silben hervorgehoben werden, dass ein "Apple für Berlin" hervorsticht. Der Store ist mit Sicherheit der aktuell schönste und beeindruckendste in Deutschland. Äußerst großzügig mit viel Holz, Stein und einer hohen Decke präsentiert sich der Verkaufsraum im Erdgeschoss. In einer Ecke führt eine rote Treppe (nein, keine gewohnte Glastreppe) in die höher gelegenen Räume des ehemaligen Kinos. Hier findet man, ebenfalls sehr großzügig ausgelegt, einen Besprechungsraum (Briefing Room) und einen Saal für Präsentationen und andere Veranstaltungen. Unter anderem ist hier am heutigen Abend der Sänger Passenger (Link in den iTunes Store) zu Gast. Apple hat sich augenscheinlich größte Mühe gegeben, sowohl die insgesamt 5.000 qm Innenfläche, als auch die Außenfassade stilgerecht aufzuarbeiten, so dass der Store eine wahre Augenweide und absolut einen Besuch wert ist. Zugegeben, der Laden sieht am Abend schon sehr elegant und stylish aus. Trotzdem ist es nur ein Laden! Verstehe also die viel zu krasse Faszination zu den ständigen Eröffnungen nicht. Es wird ja auch nicht über jeden neuen McDonalds berichtet.

Es gibt einen Unterschied zwischen Smileys und Emojis. Ein Smiley setzt sich zum Beispiel zusammen aus Doppelpunkt, Bindestrich, Klammer zu. Das ergibt dann das hier: :-)

Emojis kann man auf dem iPhone beispielsweise über die entsprechende Tastatur einfügen. Damit kommt mein Blog aber aktuell (noch) nicht klar. Daher werden sie als Fragezeichen dargestellt. Smileys (s.o.) funktionieren hingegen.

Hamburg und Berlin haben Stil und so passen sich die Apple-Stores irrsinnig gut ein! Apple verbindet die schönsten Gebäude in den besten Lagen mit ihrem stylischen, modernen Konzept - das ist dann schon noch etwas anderes als eine McDonalds Filiale 200.000 im immer gleichen/ähnlichen McD Konzept! Ich finde HH und B haben wirklich zwei schöne Bereicherungen durch Apple's Stores erhalten!
