WWDC-Tickets gehen in den Verkauf... Und sind nach 180 Sekunden ausverkauft!

Wie gestern bei der Bekanntgabe des Termins der diesjährigen WWDC angekündigt, sind heute Abend pünktlich um 19:00 Uhr die Tickets für die Entwickler-Messe in den Verkauf gegangen und können ab sofort konnten im Apple Store zum Einzelpreis von $ 1.599,- erworben werden. Die diesjährige WWDC findet vom 10. bis zum 14. Juni statt. Um an der Veranstaltung teilzunehmen muss man registrierter Entwickler sein. Im vergangenen Jahr waren die Tickets bereits nach 2 Stunden (!) vergriffen. Diesen Rekord hat man dieses Mal locker geschlagen. Denn noch während ich diese Zeilen tippte, gab man nach handgestoppten 180 Sekunden bereits bekannt, dass die Tickets ausverkauft seien. Registrierten Entwicklern bietet Apple in diesem Jahr immerhin bereits während der WWDC auch Aufzeichnungen der über 100 Sessions via iTunes an.

Nur zur Information... Wir sprechen hier von etwa 5.200 Tickets!

Stimmt aber. Warum IMMER überall rumhacken. Ist wie "Hey, Sonne geht auf!". Antwort: "Mir doch egal, geht eh bald wieder unter".

Von Apple wird noch einiges kommen. Aktienkurs hin oder her.
Und darauf freue ich mich. Wenn die Entwickler engagiert sind, noch besser!

Da wird einem als Entwickler sehr viel geboten. Verglichen mit anderen Entwicklerkonferenzen sind die 1600$ noch ein Schnäppchen. Die WWDC besteht nicht nur aus der Keynote.
