Apple CEO Tim Cook hält Keynote auf dem Global Privacy Summit

Immer wieder wird dieses Argument auch herangezogen, um bestimmte Entscheidungen und Geschäftsmodelle zu begründen bzw. zu legitimieren. Passend zur Vorreiterrolle, die Apple in Sachen Datenschutz seiner Nutzer zweifellos einnimmt, wird Tim Cook eine Keynote auf dem diesjährigen Global Privacy Summit halten, der vom 11. bis zum 13. April in Washington, D.C. stattfindet. Dies gabe die "International Association of Privacy Professionals" (IAPP) heute bekannt. Cooks Auftritt wird demnach am 12. April gegen 15:15 Uhr unserer Zeit erfolgen und live auf YouTube zu verfolgen sein. J. Trevor Hughes, President und CEO der IAPP erklärt:
