Ab kommenden Montag veranstaltet Apple in seinen Retail Stores in verschiedenen Regionen der Welt seine beliebten "Today at Apple" Sessions wieder in Präsenz. Und auch an anderer Stelle machen sich die vielerorts gelockerten Corona-Regeln bemerkbar. So berichtet Bloomberg, dass Apple plant, die Anforderungen an das Tragen von Masken an verschiedenen Retail- und Büro-Standorten in den USA fallen zu lassen. Für vollgeimpfte Retail-Mitarbeiter gilt inzwischen bereits, dass das Tragen von Masken optional ist - zumindest in Bundesstaaten, in denen es nicht mehr erforderlich ist, in öffentlichen Innenräumen Masken zu tragen. Trotz der wegfallenden Notwendigkeit empfiehlt Apple allerdings nach wie vor seinen Mitarbeitern das Tragen der Masken. Dies gilt auch für die Kunden in den Ladengeschäften, denen man auf Nachfrage auch eine Maske zur Verfügung stellt.
