Apple hat aktuell offenbar verstärkt mit Personalabgängen, vor allem in Richtung des Facebook-Mutterkonzerns Meta zu kämpfen. Dies vermeldet Bloomberg und berichtet zudem, dass man in Cupertino bereits Gegenmaßnahmen ergriffen habe, um die Mitarbeiter zum Verbleib zu bewegen. So erhalten ausgewählte Ingenieure aus den Bereichen Chip-Design, Hardware, Software und Dienste Aktienoptionen im Wert zwischen 50.000 und 180.000 US-Dollar, was den Kollegen zufolge ungewöhnlich für Apple ist. Die Optionen sollen zunächst auf vier Jahre angelegt sein und lassen sich nur einlösen, wenn die Mitarbeiter das Unternehmen nicht verlassen.

Laut Bloomberg konnte Meta in den vergangenen Monaten etwa 100 Ingenieure von Apple abwerben.
