Bloomberg: Nachfrage nach iPhone 13 kurz vor Weihnachten leicht rückläufig

Tja, so unterschiedlich können Meldungen sein. Während kürzlich noch berichtet wurde, dass das iPhone im vierten Quartal 2021 das meistverkaufte Smartphone sein und damit Samsung an der Spitze ablösen wird, berichtet Bloomberg nun, dass Apple einige seiner Zulieferer darüber informiert habe, dass man kurz vor den Weihnachtsfeiertagen eine nachlassende Nachfrage nach dem iPhone 13 erwartet. Zuletzt hatte sich die Verfügbarkeit der Modelle der aktuellsten iPhone-Generation spürbar verbessert, nachdem Apple die Produktion im Oktober aufgrund der weltweiten Chipkrise um 10% zurückfahren musste. Ursprünglich hatte man geplant, bis Jahresende 90 Millionen iPhone 13 zu produzieren, vor allem Broadcom und Texas Instruments waren jedoch nicht in der Lage, die benötigten Bauteile in der dafür erforderlichen Stückzahl zu liefern.
