Apple plant offenbar keinen Wechsel von Lightning auf USB-C beim iPhone

Während Apple beim iPad inzwischen verstärkt auf USB-C als Standard für einen Kabelanschluss setzt, verharrte man beim iPhone bislang beim eigenen proprietären Lightning-Anschluss. Gerüchte das Apple auch hier auf USB-C wechseln würde, gab es allerdings immer wieder. Nicht zuletzt auch, weil von Regulierungsbehörden immer wieder gefordert wird, einen einheitlichen Anschluss bei Smartphones durchzusetzen. Allerdings berichtet der bekannte Apple-Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo aktuell (via MacRumors), dass es in Cupertino keinerlei Pläne gäbe, das iPhone von Lightning auf USB-C umzustellen. Wahrscheinlicher sei stattdessen, dass Apple direkt zu einem komplett anschlusslosen Design wechseln würde, in dessen Zentrum dann die jüngst eingeführte MagSafe-Technologie stehen würde. Einer der Gründe hierfür soll sein, dass USB-C unter anderem weniger wasserdicht ist als der Lightning-Anschluss. Da sich die MagSafe-Technologie jedoch noch in den Kinderschuhen befinde, wird das iPhone auf absehbare Zeit auch weiterhin mit einem Lightning-Anschluss ausgestattet sein.

Hi-Res Files kann man z.B. auf den AstellundKern Playern abspielen. Dazu noch ein kabelgebundenen In-Ear nach deinem Geldbeutel und schon kannst du High-RES Musik h\366ren \374ber TIDAL oder Spotify.

Es gibt jedoch noch andere High-RES Player. Schau einfach einmal im Netz nach.
F\374r ein iPhone oder iBook oder ein Tablett w\374rdest du noch einen DAC ben\366tigen, da die genannten Apple Devices nicht f\374r Hi-Res Wiedergabe ausgelegt sin.
